When is it the right time for trimming or pruning?

• The best season depends on your goals and the species of tree. A lot of trees do best with trimming in the winter. Fruit trees can depend on if you're creating structure or trying to produce more fruit. We're happy to help by looking at your tree size, age, and type!

Do you always need to remove a stump after taking down an old tree?

• Not always! However, stump grinding can remove tripping hazards, or you might want to remove a stump to prevent pests from nesting. Many people like to leave the stumps to naturally decay, or to put potted plants on top of. We can show you a separate price for stump removal if you need to stay budget friendly, or talk about what your end-goal is for your yard!

Should I be worried if I see my tree swaying in the wind?

• Not usually - trees grow to have give and sway in the wind. But if you have an unhealthy tree or it's been damaged by high winds, you may notice the tree swaying more than normal and that's when we can help!

Do you offer payment plans for tree removals?

• Yes, for bigger jobs we can discuss payment plan options. It is likely that we'll still require a down payment, or the first payment when the job is done. These things depend on the total of the bill and our up-front costs for the job. We're happy to discuss all the details so you can keep your home safe and sound.
